Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing, or using Leveo ("the Extension", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of service

Leveo is a Chrome browser extension that helps job seekers track opportunities, manage contacts, and use AI-powered tools to support their job search. The Extension includes a free tier and a paid subscription tier (Pro).

3. Accounts

• You must sign in with a Google account to use Leveo.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Leveo.
• One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Free and paid tiers

• Free tier: Includes pipeline tracking, contact CRM, network matching, CSV import, Power Hour, post writer, message templates, and 10 AI uses (lifetime).
• Pro tier ($14.99/month): Includes everything in Free plus unlimited AI uses and priority support.
• Subscriptions are managed through LemonSqueezy. Billing and cancellation are governed by LemonSqueezy's terms.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Leveo to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Extension.
• Use automated tools to interact with the Extension (bots, scrapers, etc.).
• Abuse AI features by submitting harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Circumvent usage limits or share accounts to avoid subscription fees.
• Use the Extension in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

6. AI features

• AI-generated content (fit scores, cover letters, replies, career advice) is provided as a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI output before use.
• AI features are powered by OpenAI. Your use of AI features is also subject to OpenAI's usage policies.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Your content and data

• You retain ownership of all content you create or upload (resume, notes, templates, contacts).
• By using Leveo, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
• We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

8. Third-party platforms

• Leveo interacts with third-party websites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, and others) to read publicly available job posting data when you trigger a save action.
• Leveo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation, Indeed, Greenhouse, or any other job platform.
• Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. You are responsible for complying with those terms.

9. Availability and changes

• We aim to keep Leveo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of liability

Leveo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, inaccurate AI output, or data loss.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Leveo at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using Leveo at any time by uninstalling the Extension and, optionally, deleting your account.
